Do you cover my area?
We are based in Storrington and Steyning so cover all the main towns and villages near. Towns we cover are Worthing, Lancing, Littlehampton, Chichester, Horsham, Shoreham, Brighton and Hove. Villages we cover are Petworth, Pulborough, West Chiltington, Storrington, Steyning, Arundel, Amberley, Billingshurst, Partridge Green & Henfield.
If you live locally but your area is not listed above just give us a call on 07547 189918 before booking to check if we can cover your area!
How do I book a valet?
Our online booking system has been developed to be super easy to use, it’s the easiest way to book as you can select your preferred package and see our diary for our nearest available slot. You can book your valet here.
How do I pay?
When you book your valet online you can either choose to pay in full on our website by card or pay on the day of your valet. We can accept card or cash on the day after your valet is completed.
Can I reschedule after I’ve booked my valet?
Yes, on your email confirmation that is sent to your email address after you book with us there is a button for you to press if you wish to re-schedule your booking. Please bear in mind that we need at least 48 hours notice if you wish to re-schedule your valet.
Do you need to access to water and power?
All our vans carry 250 litre water tanks with a generator so we don’t need to plug into your electricity or water.
If it is possible and you are happy for us to plug into your electrics, this is also much appreciated as it will help to reduce emissions and keep the noise down for you and your neighbours. This is however completely optional.
What happens if it’s raining?
With the typical British weather we tend to find that rarely does it rain for the entire duration of a valet. Therefore we try to carry on through the bad weather where we can and in most cases can still fully provide the service you’ve booked. If the rain is too heavy or we can’t finish the valet/service you have booked we will contact you to re-arrange your valet for another day.
What vehicles do you valet?
We valet all makes and models of cars. From Ford’s and Mini’s to Porsches and Ferraris! We also valet vans, trucks, horse boxes and boats!
On our online booking it allows you to book cars and vans. For Horse boxes and boats please email or call us.
Unfortunately we do not valet motorbikes.
Do I need to empty my car before you come?
If you have lots of items in your car we would appreciate if you could take them out ready for us to valet. If it’s just a few bits we can always move them around and work around them!
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, if you give us 48 hours notice you can cancel your booking at no charge. If you cancel within 48 hours of your booking we reserve the right to charge you for 50% of the service/valet you booked.
Do I need to have a driveway for you to do a valet at my house?
Nope! We’re used to working in most places including streets and side roads. We’re happy to work on your driveway, at your work, in car parks or even on the street. If you live on a particularly busy street and we can’t get our van near to your vehicle we may ask to move it to a side street with room for us to work but we always work it out one way or another!
Are you insured?
